  • Doctor in charge of the musculoskeletal ultrasound curriculum for all final year medical students of HKU.
  • Founding chairman of the ISMS ultrasound workshop series. https://isms.ortho.hku.hk/2025/
  • Chairman of the musculoskeletal ultrasound committee, the Hong Kong College of Orthopaedic Surgeons
  • Advisory board member of NYSORA.
  • Instructor of the Martinoli ultrasound MASTERS courses globally.
  • Recipient of the GB Ong Travelling Fellowship 2025.
  • Speaker of APLAR rheumatology conference in Fukuoka 2025 and in Hong Kong 2024.
  • Speaker of ultrasound course organised by the Federation of Medical Societies of Hong Kong (FMSHK).
  • Instructor of the Pain ASM 2025 and Anaesthesiology ASM 2024.
  • Instructor of ultrasound workshop in Indonesia 2025.
  • Instructor of ultrasound workshops organised by major orthopaedic organisations, including the HK College of Orthopaedic Surgeons, COC of Orthopaedics, APOA and HKSSH.

  • Established the first Orthopaedic-Radiology collaboration clinic in QMH.
  • Responsible for the one-stop shoulder clinic service in MMRC. Empowered by sonography, we provide one-stop solutions to patients from diagnostics, pain intervention and rehabilitation by therapists in the same visit, fulfilling the concept of one-stop, multiple service provision.
  • Established the first Orthopaedic Sonographic Assessment Clinic in QMH; I provide solutions to patients with musculoskeletal pathologies from head to toe.
  • Established cross-speciality collaborations with radiologists, rheumatologists and anaesthetists.
  • Chairman of the Sports Medicine webinar: Controversies in Patellar Instability in 2022.
  • Instructor of the Cadaveric Workshop in Knee Arthroscopic Surgery in 2023.
